Twisted Hat Patterns to Crochet & Knit for Women

I want to go ahead and work on a round with you. Make sure your tail is out of the way. The loops are back to normal. No more double looking loops or what not. Make sure your markeris present. I like to knit in the back. You can knit in the front if you'd like. Now. This is Annie Modesitt's technique and I love it!. It's called combination knitting. At one time I was a continental knitter and when I saw her on a TV show called Knitty Gritty years ago. I was hooked! It's faster and the stitches lie even. It's awesome!I also want to point out to you that here's the bottom side of the work. And when you're working the mobius, the work is going to appear to move in both directions. The tail stays in the middle. Now  you see how the bottom where your marker now lies. You're halfway through and the mobius shape forms even more. I'm on the last three stitches. Okay, and that's the end of my second round. The work starts to take shape.

Look. The bottom left will sit over the right. You can see it from this angle. Get a better View.

The more you crochet around the work, the more the mobius shape become visible each time

you work around.

I'm in the fourth round. The work is now growing. Use your left hand to twist the work

clockwise away from you.

How to Knitting a Moebius or Mobius Cast-On with Circular Needles Tutorial - Part 3

I completed my knit rounds and now I'm ready topurl combination style

(Note: Notice you see 2 purling styles.

The 1st purl technique is here.

The 2nd purl technique is my faster tweak. Either way is great.

To purl place the yarn in front with your right needle

in the front. You can yarn over,

pull it through, under, and pull off. There's your purl stitch.

I like to purl a little different

because it's faster. Yarn over to the front.

There's the V stitch in the back.
